The Project: WhereIsBart.com is a map showing estimated real time locations of all BART trains based on arrival predictions from the BART API. Different color icons represent each line and direction. The app checks for new data every 15 seconds. BART updates the realtime data every minute. It was an interesting excercise to visualize the entire BART network, there are 40-50 trains in operation most of the time.
